Fret Wire Stand
Here’s a easy-to-make and useful little stand that you can make with a scrap piece of just about any kind of wood.
The stand is about 16 1/2″ long, by 1 1/2 ” wide, by 1 5/8″ high and it holds fret wire that’s been cut for specific frets. Holes are drilled in the top to accommodate the pieces of fret wire. The sides are numbered from 1 to 22 corresponding to the frets that they fit. Useful little stand, especially if you’ve pulled some frets in order to do some inlay, or if you’ve cut fresh frets for a new guitar.
